Congratulations to Colleen Bell, a Wollongong Golf Club member, who won the Open District Championship contested over 36 holes. Colleen scored 170 gross for the 36 holes with Debbie Byrnes, from Port Kembla, the runner-up on 173.

Colleen also won the Champion of Club Champions event contested on the first day. Players from 18 clubs enjoyed the 3 days of competition on the Port Kembla golf course.
